These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of www.blinkcleaningco.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Blink Cleaning LLC. This Site provides online booking and information for residential cleaning services.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms at all times.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Blink Cleaning LLC and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Images
• Text
• Logos
• Documents
• Downloadable files
• Website design and structure

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from Blink Cleaning LLC.

SALE OF SERVICES
These Terms govern the sale of cleaning services available through our Site.

Services offered include:

• One-Time Home Cleaning Services
• Recurring Home Cleaning Services
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Services
• Deep Cleaning Services

Services are performed based on the details provided at booking. While we strive for accuracy in all service descriptions, pricing, and availability, we cannot guarantee that all information on the Site will always be free of errors. By booking services, you agree that services are purchased at your own discretion and risk.

Blink Cleaning LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify service offerings
• Reject or cancel bookings when necessary
• Adjust scheduling due to operational needs

If Blink Cleaning LLC cancels a service after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

SCHEDULING AND ACCESS
Clients agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services.

For safety and service quality, clients agree to:

• Secure pets
• Notify us of fragile or high-value items
• Inform us of any known hazards inside the home

RECURRING SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Recurring cleaning services are scheduled automatically according to the service frequency selected during booking.

Recurring services continue until cancellation is requested.

To cancel or reschedule recurring services:

• A minimum of 24 business hours notice is required
• Business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time

Blink Cleaning LLC does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees when proper notice is provided.

PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Electronic Payment Methods

By submitting payment information, you authorize Blink Cleaning LLC to charge the payment method provided for services rendered.

If we believe a payment transaction violates any applicable law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

REFUND POLICY
All services are considered complete once cleaning services have been performed.

Blink Cleaning LLC does not offer refunds after service completion.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we may review and address concerns.

CONSUMER PRODUCTION
Where applicable consumer protection laws apply, these Terms do not limit your legal rights. If any portion of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the law will take precedence.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Blink Cleaning LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or services, except where prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using our Site or booking services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blink Cleaning LLC and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Site
• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to provide safe service conditions

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Blink Cleaning LLC may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting.
